FaithWeaver Friends
FaithWeaver Friends is a weekly program held on Wednesday evenings from 6:00—7:45pm focuses on the one most important thing in life: a growing relationship with Jesus. During the program children participate in games, singing, drama, crafts, on-site service projects and other children’s ministry activities. Children are encouraged to invite their friends.
By providing meaningful activities, great discussions, and personal challenges, Faith Weaver Friends takes learners past “head knowledge” of the Bible into heart and life change.
If you have any questions regarding this mid-week program or would like to volunteer, please contact Dana Stovall at 402-873-3821x103 or 402-209-5078 or danafumc@neb.rr.com.
If you would like to be involved with the opportunity to change childrens’ lives, we have volunteer opportunities for circle leaders (take the children to different Discovery Centers) and Discovery Center leaders. This is an easy program without a lot of pre-planning. We are also looking for people to be on our substitute list in case one of our leaders has to be gone for a week. You’ll have as much fun as the kids!
Volunteers include: Pam Frana, Sheryl Briley, Chuck Lambrecht, Melissa Turner, Allan Behrends, Christopher Spaulding, Jane Van Voorhis, Amy Shallenberger, Hannah Keepes, Debra Kelley, and Dana Stovall.
